Apartment Search

Many students consciously decide to move out with their parents at the beginning of their studies to stand on their own two feet finally. Own an apartment shared flat (WG) or a room in the dormitory – there are many possibilities, and each has its advantages and disadvantages. It is not easy to find an apartment or a room, especially at the beginning of the semester, because, after all, almost all freshmen are looking for a place to stay. If you are looking for or need an apartment, you should start looking for it at an early stage to have a roof over your head when you start your studies.

Health Insurance

Every Austrian student is required to have health insurance. You have to clarify whether you are insured with your parents or grandparents and can stay, or whether you have to insure yourself. In this case, all health insurances offer favorable tariffs for students.
