Online Baccarat variations

Chemin de fer

In Chemin de fer, there will be a minimum of eight players and a maximum of twelve. One of these players will be the banker and the position changes in turn. The player with the higher wager will become the representative of the non-banking group and will face-off with the banker. The banker and the representative will get two cards each face-down. When the cards face-up, either the banker or the player should have a total of eight or nine. The hand that has eight or nine will be the winner. If the player’s hand wins, the wagering amount will be back to the players, and the bank should match them followed by passing the banker position to the next person. When the banker’s hand wins, all the wagering amounts will go to him, and he continues as the banker. 

Baccarat Banque

In Baccarat Banque is similar to Chemin de fer with the only exception that here there will be two groups of five members with one active player competing with the banker in each group. The banker will be the same in this variation, and he will be the person who risks wagering a higher amount. After the wagering, the banker will deal with two cards each to the player representatives sitting on his sides. Once the cards are face-up, the hand with a total of eight or nine will win the hand, and the wagering amount will go to the player or the banker as in the case of Chemin de fer. The banker can opt to resign after one hand, and the player who wishes to be the banker should risk the current amount of the bank. 

Punto Banco

It is the American version of Baccarat. There will be two playing hands, and the players should bet on any of these. If the total of the cards is eight, the hand wins, and the player with a bet on it will take all the wagered amount. There will be no association between players with the playing hands. One hand will be the banker hand and the other player hand. Both of them will be dealt with by the dealer only. The casino house will be the bank in the game.
